La pittura e i suoi limiti / Picturing and its limits

C’è un modo di usare la pittura (gli storici lo chiamano – iperrealismo)
che coincide
con un modo di usare la fotografia (gli storici lo chiamano fotografia realista)

Abbiamo diversi strumenti per rappresentare la realtà.
La pittura può essere un valido strumento quando vogliamo re-interpretare la realtà
ma
Quando vogliamo “semplicemente” rappresentare la realtà… non dimentichiamoci che esiste uno strumento più efficace e semplice da usare:
la macchina fotografica.

There is a way to use picturing (historians call it – Photorealism)

with a way to use photograph (historians call realistic photo)

We have many tools to represent the reality.
Picturing can be a good tool when we want to re-interpret the reality
but
when we want “just” represent the reality… don’t forget that there is a more effective and simple tool to use:
The photo-camera.
